My Name is Reginald Dishman and I work as a Chef for a nationation chain Hotel for as me an my wife owned a resturant in the westend of Louisville Ky. for 5 years Dishone Coffee and Sandwich Shop and Catering. It varies from event to event on how many and what they would like to have price would not be the same but far also would give you a invoice on what it comes with.
