My name is Michele Bosco and I love food.

My Italian heritage is my inspiration for creating warm and hearty meals for people to enjoy and create memorable moments around. Growing up in southern Italy, food is what brought people together and watching how a simple friend or acquaintance turns into family over a shared meal, I knew that this is what I wanted to do. I am a graduate of I.P.S.S.A.R. Of Villa Santa Maria (CH) in Italy with a diploma in Hospitality and Hotel Management in 1997. My education includes cooking, nutritional classes and becoming a certified sommelier and bartender. From there, I entered the industry that I love and started from the bottom and worked my way up to management and I loved every moment of the experiences I've had. Here I am 2 decades later wanted to share my passion with YOU. Let us build this family together one meal at a time!
