What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical processes in which we engage new customers is really simple. Introduction, Client Request Submission, Response, Finalization, Contract Signing, Payment, Execution on contract!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our family members have extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality business. Our owner has owned another restaurant here in Massachusetts, in addition to managing and consulting some of the most successful franchises and independently owned small businesses. We are all state certified serve safe certificate holders and will obtain any and all required licensure or certificates required by state and federal law in relations to food handling and restaurant operatives.

How did you get started in this business?
Although we've only been registered here in Massachusetts as an organization since Oct 2020, Big Ma's Kitchen, LLC. team has a combined total of over 100 years in the restaurant and hospitality business. We came together in 2019 and began brainstorming ideas of what we could do with food in relations to connecting families and decided that Big Ma's Kitchen would be perfect. A restaurant that sought to connect families together through the power of food right here in the inner city of Boston but also bridging the gap between Traditional Soul Food and Healthy Soul Food and bringing to our constituents Soul Food Re-Imagined a cusiune with focus on healthy alternatives to the traditional soul food with the same great taste in addition to the traditional cusiune.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When your looking to hire a pro in our network and area of expertise, look for the small businesses that are not as highly touted because their able to provide a more profound experience in relations to customer service and attention to customer satisfaction i.e, work load, craftsmanship, etc.
