What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer first so I can have a idea of how to provide that wowww and upscale service without them breaking the bank. Once I able to make my customer felling comfortable with and being part of the experience that we providing they always very happy about the service and even if they werent part of the cooking but it's feel like yes we made this. All the guest look so happy and the service is so awesome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the food industry for the past 12 years. Which I work in different kitchen settings.

How did you get started in this business?
I love food and growing up I can say food always brings that type of comfort to people. Being able to deliver that comfort means the world to me and my team.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with everybody it can be a small Romantic night for 2, a small gathering, family gathering High-End is ready to provide an unique experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First talk to check see how comfortable he is with your suggestion and how hard he try to make you party a success. You might ask for something that not possible but he can try to deliver something close to your request because one of the pillar of this business is customer service, how to make our customer happy. Make sure we provide the best experience for the customer to come back and refer other people to your service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There is no bad questions.. Any questions should be welcome if it's something that can't be done in a specific situation we can always try to accommodate.
