My business is called Jay’s wake & Bake LLC
Established in 2023. It’s been the brain child of me and my wife for 20 yrs now. I started my cooking career in 2005 as a cook supervisor for residential care facilities. My career took off working in multiple food establishments that helped me sharpen my skills and knowledge. I absolutely love what I do and always looking to learn more and more to perfect food that feeds the soul. I am very versatile in different ethnics of cooking. I pride myself in scratch cooking to preserve freshness and authenticity. I am currently servsafe, allergen awareness certified, and a certified food manager. I’ve been a food service director for the last 8 years. I believe in my business and I stand by it 100% to strive for greatness. I have over 20 years of hands on experience and worked under great chef’s. I want to stand out from others by ensuring restaurant quality food and service with scratch cooking techniques that will have your taste buds singing. My time at the Sheraton hotel gave me the ability to cook desirable foods in volumes of 300-600 guest.
