We take great pride in the freshness of all ingredients and the care of each dish and our presebations.
Putting all of our food displays on pedestals, mirrors and using fresh flowers and herbs for garnishes.
We strive to always go above and beyond of our customers expectations.
My profession is still my hobby, I enjoy all aspects of the hostpitality industry. Seeing our guests enjoy the food, and being able not to worry about anything is a bonus.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy talking with them on the phone to get a true idea of what they maybe looking for first, before I suggest any ideas to them. I want to create a perfect event in every way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education started in High School at Blue Hills Regional in Canton, Ma majoring in culinary arts for 4 years, from there I went to Johnon & Wales College for 2 years majoring in culinary arts as well. I have been self employed for 35 years running a successful family restaurant called The Midway Restaurant in Dedham, Ma we are a 3rd family owned and operated full service American Restaurant since 1947.
