I hold a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and have worked for great companies such as Walt Disney World: Epcot, Summer Shack, Alma Nove, Del Friscos Double Eagle Steakhouse, Barbara Lynch Gruppo: Sportello & Drink Bar, and American Joes Bar & Grill.
Since becoming a sous chef and rolling out the menu at over 10 different restaurant locations for Joes I have taken a step back from the restaurant world. When I found I was pregant with my daughter I knew constantly working late into the night (everynight) was not suitable for raising her. I have since started my own business catering and working as a private chef which allows me to manage my own time for both my passion of cooking and raising her. I appreicate your interest in using me as your chef and caterer and hope I have the chance to make your event extra memorable.

Cooking is definitely a passion of mine. The most enjoyable part of my work is the finished product. Seeing or hearing the joy on the faces of my clients (or in their voices) is what fulfills me in this line of work. Knowing that not only did I fulfill the need to eat but that their taste buds and belly are also completely satisfied doesnt hurt either!
