What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of restaurant, kitchen and catering experience, I graduated with lab honors at the cambridge school of culinary, and spent time studying food and cultivation in Dominican Republic and Orvieto, Italy
How did you get started in this business?
I have been cooking my entire life, professionally and recreationally. I truly adore the feeling of people being brought together through good food and great company. My family and compassion for others is what keeps me motivated to create something memorable for people with the people they love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love curating intimate events such as Birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, bach- celebrations and weddings. Whether using an established kitchen or creating something beautiful with minimal equipment in a special location.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently did a micro wedding of 20 guests. Prepared a passed appetizer selection, local raw bar, and a beautifully executed 5 course menu. Menu was based around an outdoor venue with a rustic barn/camping feel. It was beautiful.
