What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what the customer is looking for in terms of food and services. I offer standard menus or I can customize a menu to suit.
When they are ready, I write up an agreement for them to review. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and then they have until 3 weeks before the event to give the final count, final menu choices and final payment. I also offer flexible payment plans and in house financing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied culinary arts at Laconia technical college. I have serviced over 3000 weddings in my career.
