Pastor Lionel Pearson is a passionate leader and servant of God with a heart dedicated to restoring the broken-hearted and leading the lost back to the love and grace of Christ. As the founder and Pastor of Regeneration Worship Center (RWC), based in Baltimore, Maryland, Lionel has devoted his life to the mission of rebuilding lives and reviving spirits. RWC, established in February 2019, is a ministry grounded in faith, compassion, and the transformative power of the Gospel.

For over four years, RWC has embraced its calling to bring healing and hope to individuals and families through a message of grace, forgiveness, and spiritual renewal. Despite challenges, including not having a physical building, Pastor Lionel has faithfully led the congregation through online worship services, staying connected with members via Facebook Live and conference calls. His steadfast leadership and vision have fostered a strong sense of community, even in the virtual space.

At the heart of RWC’s mission is the belief that no one is beyond the reach of God’s love. The ministry is committed to helping those who are hurting and broken find their way back to God. Through practical teaching, compassionate outreach, and a clear vision to restore, rebuild, and revive, Pastor Lionel and RWC aim to create a lasting impact in the lives of those they serve.

Pastor Lionel’s dedication to spiritual growth and education is evident in his pursuit of a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, as he seeks to further equip himself to serve his congregation with wisdom and understanding. His vision for RWC is to continue expanding its reach, not only in the local community but also beyond, bringing the message of God’s love and transformation to all who seek it.
