What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the notification for a wedding. My staff will set up a date for an initial conference call and meeting. We negotiate the cost (all weddings are not the same cost, we do consider size and location into the cost) and time for a counselling session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate from Family Bible College and Seminary here in Baltimore, MD with a Bachelor Degree in Theology.
