    I ordered the stuffed hickory grilled chicken breast and it was perfect! My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed it and the salad was a nice touch as well. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I work with each and every customer personally to create the perfect menu so I can provide the best quatlity of service and cuisine to nourish the customers Mind, Body and Soul!!!!!! 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a degree in culinary arts from the Art Institute of Washinton.  Along with lots of year of training in dozens of kitchens in all types of enviornments coking multiple cuisines.

My prices are unique and based upon what the customer desires.  I work with each customer personally to provide the best menu. 


How did you get started in this business?

Cooking for family growing up and and loving it as a hobby.


What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers, some good and some bad but most if not all were left with a sense of satisfation.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am very fond of a vow renewal event ny crew and I recently catered.  The event was beautiful and we had every guest ranting and raving about the food and the customer service even before any liqour was poured.  It was an amazing experience!!!!!!!


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they are profgessional and see if they actually have a love for what they do.  The love for a craft always provides a better result when its put use.
