We would set up a free consultation to get an idea of what the customers would like. Put a menu and team together to make sure the event is well planned and executed properly for you and your guests to enjoy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former cook at Madonna University, an Executive Chef for 2 restaurants. The love and passion for cooking.
How did you get started in this business?
Prepared a buffet for my mom's 60th Birthday and everyone inquired about the food. When it was said I did the spread, went over very well. And suggested and asked for it to become a service.
