What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I talk with the coustomer to find out the nature and scope of the job and to find out what his or her expectations are.  Once I know what he or she is looking for, we discuss how best to achieve those results.  I also make suggestions based on my years of experience, often bringing new information for customers to consider.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 25 years of experience.  Bachelor and Masters degrees.  I have taught photography at the university level.

These is standard pricing for some services, but for much of my work, I listen to what my customer is looking for and then quote a price based on that.

How did you get started in this business?

I have always loved photography.  I was a hobby that slowly turned into my full time career.

From the CEO's of fortune 500 companies to the family next door.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The state table tennis tournament which my group hosted in my home town.

What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?

Make sure they have the skill and experience to give you the best results possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?

The nature of their final delivered products and services.  Many customers call me to photograph something, but they do not really know what they want me to deliver to them.  Prints?  Digital files?  The list goes on.
