I have been in the foodservice industry since 1989.
Executive Chef status since 1997.
I started catering to elite clients in the Twin Cities back in 2007 when I formed Vine Knot.
We have catered events all over the Metro from a 450 person gala, 120 person private wedding to many cocktail & app parties.
