My name is Corey Jones, Owner/Operator . You will have an out of this world bbq experience from a chef who has been in business for 5 years but cooking for 30 years and counting. I’m personable and customer friendly. The customer comes first so I will do a great job at providing exactly what you need to make your day the best ever. I’ve cater events as big as Canterbury Park and as small as 25 people who just want to relax and enjoy great bbq.

    We first like to find out what type of celebration this is for and then how many people and then what the budget is and then after the customer has taken a look at the catering menu which is on the expanded menu portion of the website then we begin to develop their menu and send out an estimated invoice to them and then once that has been finalized we just professionally ask for 50% down as the confirmation.
