What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the same process for all of our clients so you can expect a consistent, high-quality experience. First, we go over your desired menu and set up is over the phone or by email. After that, we set up an in-person meeting for a tasting and show them all of the options we have to match their vision, budget, and style. At this point, we also go over some of the smaller details, such as serving times, types of cutlery, whether or not you'd like our tablecloths, etc.. Once a menu has been chosen and a plan created, we send a proposal for you to look over, sign and send back to us along with a down payment and final headcount 2 weeks prior to the event. After that, we take care of the rest so that you can rest easy and enjoy your event!
