What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I work closely with my new clients, explaining the digitizing process and showing them a sew out sample first before embroidering anything onto their apparel. I let them know that all of their work will be done as fast as I can turn it around and make SURE that the quality is there, each time, before they see the final product.
