All kinds
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I restored a bag for someone that was a sentimental item to his significant other. 🥰 Also, I helped a customer with a garment that another seamstress denied service to. We look for materials that would be a good fit. The hooks on his overalls were breaking in the dryer so we found a better solution .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Figure out the need then relay it to the seamstress.
