Hello! My name is Chef Keda and I am the owner of Southern Hearts Catering. I have been cooking for over 20 years, starting at 13 years old with my grandmother Josephine Barber who was also a chef and oversaw the kitchens of 2 grand hotels as well as maintaining her own catering business Brown Bag Catering in the late 90s and early 2000s.
