Swickard Officiating & Wedding Services
About
The covenant of marriage is a beautiful testament to two lives that God has chosen to bring together. As a born-again Christian, my faith guides everything I do, and I love being a part of anything that God has His hands in.
My journey into officiating began when my best friend asked me to step into this role for his wedding; knowing my deep love for the Lord and my passion for celebrating meaningful milestones. And, having recently celebrated my own second anniversary with my amazing wife, Kim, I am deeply reminded of just how sacred, powerful, and lasting these promises truly are.
I believe your wedding day should be a flawless, unforgettable moment in time. My philosophy as an officiant is simple: this is your covenant, and it should reflect your vision. An officiant's responsibility is to be well-spoken, meticulous, and organized, never imposing an opinion unless asked. You hold the authority over how your ceremony looks, the words that are spoken, and the length of the service. If you ask for my guidance or suggest changes to my remarks, it is my duty under God to oblige and help deliver the wedding of your dreams.
At heart, I am a romantic who values the deep emotion of a wedding day. I take the delivery of your vows seriously because I want your ceremony, that unforgettable first kiss, and your official announcement as husband and wife to be a source of strength you can always look back on. In a world where the sanctity of marriage is a beautiful choice, it is also an obligation, a promise, and seeing couples honor this bond fills me with immense hope.
If you choose me as your officiant, I promise to be entirely dedicated to making your day seamless. I would be absolutely honored to stand with you at the altar and officiate the beginning of your future together.
