Hi! I'm Paul. I possess 26 years of culinary expertise, including four years as a self-employed private chef and over two decades of fine dining kitchen experience. I travel extensively and plan to establish my own restaurant within the next two years. Due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, I am currently seeking new opportunities that will enable me to share my passion for exceptional cuisine while traveling and working throughout the United States and worldwide.
