He consistently cooks delicious meals and is able to adjust recipes to our family's tastes. We have challenged him in a bunch of ways- different types of cuisine (Indian, Asian, etc), new cooking techniques (wok), and a vegetarian diet- and he always delivers!
Colin is also very professional and reliable. He takes pride in his work and his passion for food really shows in everything he does. He has taught us so much over time and he genuinely seeks feedback on every meal so that he can keep improving.
