He consistently cooks delicious meals and is able to adjust recipes to our family's tastes. We have challenged him in a bunch of ways- different types of cuisine (Indian, Asian, etc), new cooking techniques (wok), and a vegetarian diet- and he always delivers!

He has taught us so much over time and he genuinely seeks feedback on every meal so that he can keep improving.
