I’m Pastor Theo Schaffer, an ordained minister, professional wedding officiant, marriage coach, and speaker with more than 20 years of pastoral and leadership experience serving couples and families. My passion is creating personalized ceremonies that reflect your unique love story while making everyone in attendance feel connected, inspired, and engaged.

Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a traditional Christian ceremony, a modern celebration, or a vow renewal, I’ll work closely with you to create a ceremony that feels authentic, relaxed, and memorable. Every ceremony is customized—because no two love stories are the same.

What sets me apart is that I don’t just officiate weddings—I help prepare couples for marriage. Through our Ten Phases™ marriage coaching framework, my wife Patrice and I have helped couples build stronger relationships by focusing on communication, trust, conflict resolution, and covenant. While premarital coaching is optional, I believe preparing for a lifelong marriage is just as important as planning a beautiful wedding day.
