Chef April' Balance Food Inc. is a Plant Based Alkaline organization that specializes in healing through food. Chef April's Louisiana Creole culture and her Southern California roots have molded her into a spicy Cajun sunflower. She is a certified Chef with a lot of great experience, who is always looking for a way to help others thru food, energy, or just shared life experiences.

Chef April describes her vision as a duty to assist in ridding chronic pain, sickness, and other unwanted elements in those who suffer through holistic approaches. With over 40 years of experience preparing meals and cooking, Chef April realized that her higher purpose was to bring healing and balance to the body through her food. This is why Chef April's Balance Foods Inc was founded.
