Chef John Hattam is a professionally trained Executive Chef the from the prestigious CCA of San Francisco. Upon graduating from culinary school, Chef John returned to his home base in Omaha to continue his career. Upon graduation, some of Chef John's notable accomplishments include holding the position of Executive Chef at some Omaha's finest establishments to include: The French Cafe, Joslyn Art Museum, and Plaza Club. In 2003, Chef John decided pilot his own career to open Chef Hattam Catering, Inc. Chef Hattam Catering is known as an off-site boutique caterer that customizes menus to each of our client's tastes.
In 2018, Chef Hattam Catering was fortunate to be able to purchase the famed Cafe de Paris located in the heart of Little Italy. With this purchase, it has allowed Chef Hattam Catering to also expand it's operations to include a private dining experience at our facility for even the most discerning clients.
Chef Hattam Catering and Private Dining is able to cater an event anywhere in the Omaha metro area. Our company prides itself for being able to offer a vast menu repertoire along with many service levels suite our client's needs. .
