Cooking is a skill that is passed down through generations. I have been in the food industry since the age of 12 when I created the original sauce. Since then it was decided that we share our families recipes that have brought us so much joy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get to know the clients so I can know how to make their dream a reality. Then I get information about the venue and dates. Following that we start creating the menu that will knock your socks off 😋
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the food industry since the age of 12. I have 20+ years of experience in catering and cooking. My passion for cooking drives me to be self taught and innovative with recipes. Many of my items that I offer have been passed down for many generations in my family; and once you taste them you will be too.
