Typically I'll start off what a phone call that way we can get comfortable with each other voice and energy then we'll setup a tasting because I love for my customers to be comfortable with what I'm serving their guest plus a meet and greet always helps with getting more personal with each other giving the fact that I will be preparing for the client and their guest
