I'm in business to prepare healthy delicious authentic Jamaican and American dishes to my customers. I was born in Saint Ann's Parish, Jamaica 🇯🇲 West Indies, and legally came to the US at the age of ten. My family migrated to the United States more than fifty years ago. I've been a resident if New Jersey most of my life. My diverse community of Hackensack introduced me to many cultures , which has influenced my cooking style.
