Chef Joseph Moore is a vegan and plant-based chef & Sous Chef at Rutgers University of Newark. He is dedicated to crafting soulful, nourishing meals that celebrate flavor and wellness. Through his private cooking, catering, and personalized meal prep services, he blends creativity and culture to make plant-based eating accessible, satisfying, and rooted in intention. Chef Moore’s mission is to show that eating better doesn’t mean sacrificing taste — it means coming home to balance, community, and care in every bite.
