What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For catering, we can usually take most orders over the phone. If the catering is for a private party rather than a corporate meeting, an in-person visit is often suggested, especially for larger orders.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef, Sharon, has been in the food business for about 35 years. She has a talent for preparing traditional dishes with her own spin, creating interesting flavors using only fresh ingredients. She has catered for both celebrities and political leaders, but her emphasis is on creating great tasting food at very resonable prices. We pride ourselves in that the majority of our customers have been coming to us for years.
