I always work with your budget! What are you truly trying to spend and what food do you want. I can then break down to you what you can get.
How did you get started in this business?
Becoming a mother and having to cook all the time. I started to think of ways to switch up my meals for my daughter. I did not want her to keep eating the same boring things.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Although it was a friends repass. I’m just so happy that I was able to help her family out with my Catering services. I raised the money through our high school friends and we were able to send flowers and catered the service. Our friend recently was on the show My 600lb life and she was working so hard to lose weight but unfortunately passed away.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you have a budget in mind. Don’t overspend! If they want the job they can make something happen for you!
