How did you get started in this business?
Twin Oaks Caterers is proudly run by brothers Richard & Michael Pelligra with three generstions of catering experience behind them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide variety of clients for both corporate and private events. Whether you're planning a wedding, baby shower, family reunion or a corpoate gala, business meeting or a grand opening. We have the experience and knowledge to guide you through the process to a succesful event.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When you hire a caterer they have one chance to do it right, be sure to hire a professional that has been doing it right for many years. It will make your planning and day of event experience so much better.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be prepared to share the important things, date, timing, location, estimated guest count and type of event. HAving an estimated budget or menu in mind will make it easier for your caterer to make solid recommendations. Listen to your catering professional, they have been doing this for a long time and are experts in their field.
