Please keep in mind when selecting a caterer that while other caterers may undercut our food pricing, we have never run out of food in over 2,000 events served over the past six years. We also use the highest quality farm to table locally sourced ingredients, from no more than 1 state away. Our food is prepared fresh in our facility, we simply don't use pre-made or packaged items.

Our servers are industry veterans, sourced from high end restaurants. We have a strict uniform and appearance policy. Other caterers may not have as high standards.
