Bronze Café and Chef Peter Bastien are known for fit-friendly but flavorful catering. Bronze Café has been operating in Las Vegas since 2013. Our café menu focuses on sammiches, salads, smoothies, soups, coffee, and sweets. Our catering and private chef services span all global cuisines and dietary preferences. We are well known for being able to accommodate vegan options, gluten free options, keto options, and paleo options, but we cook anything and everything well and can customize menus to your specific requests and dietary needs.
I enjoy getting a chance to cook for families and corporate events because there is instant feedback and I get to experience the delight and satisfaction of my guests. Food is the window to everyone's soul, and I'm honored and privileged that people entrust their appetites to my care.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting to discuss client's needs and budget and special requests. We then reply within 1-2 business days with catering menu options and pricing.

Chef Peter Bastien studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles and has worked for numerous restaurants within the Patina Restaurant Group in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas before starting his own company. Catering events are either priced based on menu and guest count and other logistics, or sometimes priced by labor and materials with an administrative fee added. Chef Peter Bastien's current hourly rate is $65 per hour with assisting staff priced between $25-40 per hour.
