I've been in the industry over 20 yrs and not just Catering but working in restaurants as well. I have a proven track record over the years working with different chefs including Chef Dan a very known master chef in Michigan. I recently moved to Las Vegas for a bigger chance to show my talent. Went to culinary school years ago and still this day I'm still educating myself at Escoffier Culinary School.
