I specialize in assistance with event planning, day of coordination for milestone events, parties and weddings. I can also be hired on-site at your event to help set-up, manage, and clean up. I've been in business for over 5 years. I'm all about the details and taking stress away from my clients. I have a passion for what I do and consider myself an extension of you!
I have relationships with local businesses including venues, photographers, florists, hotels, musicians, officiants, and a lot more. I'm tied into the community and love the area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone conversation to find out what the client needs are along with what they need assistance with, what type of service, how many people projected, and the general look, style and theme for the event or wedding. I'll put together a service agreement outlying what you can expect from me along with your event specifics.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years in Corporate America with a background in sales, marketing, and events. I have previous experience in the hospitality business and have been in business for over 5 years.

I offer hourly pricing as well as packages depending on what the job is.
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to start a business that would utilize my many years of experience, customer service skills, local relationships, and creativity. The neat thing about what I do is that no two jobs are alike.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides, corporate, mother of brides, engaged couples, CEOs, small businesses, and essentially anyone planning an event!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I can't choose, too many but I recently assisted a gentleman with his wedding proposal to his girlfriend. It was really neat to be involved in the planning, location, video, catering, decorations, and the general surprise on her face! She said YES!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's not just about experience, it's about how they treat you, response time, questions, and most importantly you have to like them. You're entrusting them to not only represent you but to take your idea and make it come to life. Whether it's a wedding, party, or corporate event it's still your event and you should be working with people that treat it that way.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much of the details they want someone else to handle and if they are open to suggestions or already have an idea in mind. It's also important to set expectations in the beginning. That way you are both on the same page and should be through the whole process.
