What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we like to do an intake where we have a conversation about exactly what your looking to do at your event. We'll need details such as, times guests are expected, guest count and what the occasion is for the event and what will be served for food andif a caterer is involved. From there we can figure out how many staff are needed and what positions to be filled. From there we work on an estimate and if everything lines up, we schedule the event.
