What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we have been around for almost 30 years, most just stop in or give us a call. However, we do receive a lot of calls and emails to discuss availability and specifics about the special event. You can peruse our catering menu as an online resource but discussing details with one of our event planners will make it simpler and stress free in selecting menu, decorations, beverages vendors, portioning, etc. It is common that after a few conversations about food choices and budgets, and as the event gets closer, to arrange a private "tasting" to finalize the food choices.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is standard pricing available for general catered meals, both hot and cold, as well as heavy hors d'oeuvres and picnic menus. Many times, there are more specific details to be considered with regard to portioning and special requests (dietary restriction/allowances).
How did you get started in this business?
Our restaurant was founded in 1991. Soon after, and by customer demand, our catering service were started to help our customers get our food to their events. The rest is history, 30 year history!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We cater to a wide variety of clientele, from large firms to boxed lunches, and everything in between. We have done many in-home private parties and large corporate events. We provide services ranging from plated meals to buttlered appetizers. We are a full service catering company, able to accomodate just about any request imagineable.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a picnic style event, that we have done annually, for the past 10 years for a local college's faculty and their families. This event typically reaches 1000 people in guest count, and has become somewhat of a tradition for us and them.
