I chose this industry because I love what food can do. It can bring together people from all walks of life. Theres not a lot of things that will do that nowadays. However, great food will bring laughter, relaxation and sustenance! It doesn't get any better than that!

Finding out what services they need and how I can best meet them! I provide customized services for all my client's. So it is truly exactly what they want!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. I have a degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Culinary Arts. My experience ranges from quick service to banquet service. I have experience in diffferent cultural cuisines and I love to cook!
