I enjoy providing meals for people on the go. Like great food and enjoy eating in your own home, I'm your guy. I can do drop off meals that you can heat in your own oven. I can make meals in your home for your family and friends. Busy with work, travel or kids. I'm willing to be your personal chef. I will even do other things for you, pick up dry cleaning, walk your dogs, go grocery shopping and take your car in for service ect. Let's chat and see what you might be interested in. I'm 55 yrs old and have been a professional certified executive chef in Columbus Ohio my entire life.
I'm a certified executive chef most of my career has been spent at country clubs as the executive chef while having apprentice culinary students. I've won awards and know what I'm doing. Not really into any ethnic foods per say but can make most anything. I'm retired but can't sit still. I'm looking to do something low stress and make my clients happy. Tell me wha you like and I will male it happens I also love dogs. Lol

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting face to face to see whom I might e working with and to check out what equipment that maybe offered.
Tell me what you enjoy of after I understand your tastes better I can just make something. It's all he beginning of winter as I fill this out. I do comfort food and mommas home cooking along with the fancy stuff. I have great contacts in town. So resourcing ingredients will be pretty easy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school graduates
Went to culinary school and graduatied top of class. I also enjoy baking.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I like to do a set price for my labor and then do a reimbursement for the materials-food. Seems to be fair for everyone.
How did you get started in this business?
My uncle owned a butcher shop when I was a kid so I worked there from age 14-18 I know cuts of meats ect.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly members at private clubs. Worked At scioto, muirfield, country club of the north, Brookside, medallion and Wedgewood for 10 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Honesty is hard to find. That's why I like to charge a fee and you pay for ingredients so we both know the up and up.
