About
I have an extreme passion for cooking, I love blending flavors and watching them come alive in my dishes. However, I believe my real passion is in bringing people together through delectable dishes and drinks. I thoroughly enjoy curating amazing dining experiences to go along with the strengthening of old relationships or the forging of new ones.
I enjoy the kitchen and all that it entails. I love to watch the pleasure in the face of my clients once their expectations are exceeded with the dining experience provided. My clientele ranges from corporate clients to clients who want a more intimate setting. No job is too big or too small. The dedication and passion that goes into each event is the same.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial consultation with a customer to find out the type of event or occasion they need services for. I inquire about any food allergies and preferences for certain dishes or spices. I also like to find out about the types of foods and spices that they love and look for exciting and creative ways to incorporate them into the dining experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught chef and I have 8 years of experience as a military chef. I've provided meals in the most obscure locations for as much as 2,000 soldiers at a time.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on the various factors such as the number of courses and the type of meal a client desires
How did you get started in this business?
I have been cooking since I was 8 years old, a passion passed down from my mother who owned a restaurant in NYC when I was growing up. I fell in love with the art of cooking and people because of the fond memories I have of making delicious dishes in the kitchen with my mom filled with laughter, music and love. When I turned 18 I decided that becoming a chef was my destiny and I went into the military to provide a piece of that passion to the people who serve and sacrifice for my country. Once my service in the military ended. I went on to start my catering services and have not looked back since then.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with so many different clients. I have worked overseas and in many states around the world. I have hosted corporate luncheons at business conferences, employee appreciation events in offices, birthday parties, engagement parties, romantic dinners and so much more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently catered a surprise birthday party for a hard working mom on the go. I loved that event because for once that mom could sit back and be catered to and taken care of... a job she was exceptionally good at and so used to doing. The smile on her face ans her delight in her 3-course meal filled me with immense joy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell a customer to feel free to express exactly what it is they need /are looking for. An exceptional pro would love to make a clients vision come to life
