What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your successful event is my mission. I want to do what's necessary to make you pleased. I usually consult with my potential client to see his or her needs and plan from there. I have a very thorough menu available upon request to also assist you in your menu selections if you are having difficulty or uncertainties. My mission is to have your event the talk of the town and wow your guest with great, made from scratch food.

Pricing varies on needs. I do have a basic template and menu to gage an idea on what is needed and gauge pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
I been cooking all my life. I'm a Louisiana native and extreme foodie. Cooking is not just a job for me. My passion speaks through my work and into the bellies that engulfs my cuisines.

My clientele is very well rounded.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
All of them. I'm passionate about any event small or large. Informal or formal because I sincerely love what I do! I love to create, bring smiles, and share my passion through my food. It's not the size or extravagant of the event that fuels me. It's the smiles!
