What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make sure our services are affordable for every budget while making the process as painless as possible. We collect your email address and send a questionnaire to get to know you a little better followed by a personalized quote. Once you accept the quote we send a contract and invoice and schedule your session. Everything is done digitally so as to not waste any of your time. We look forward to working with all of our clients without adding any more stress than necessary.

Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art/Photography with a minor in Graphic Design

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always view the portfolio of the photographer to ensure they carry the proper credentials such as taxes and insurance. Most importantly make sure that their work is what you envision for your photographs so there will be not be any unrealistic expectations from anyone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they want to capture, things they like to see in photos and things they don't want as well.
