Eating and preparing food like our great grandparents did with locally produced, high quality and minimally processed real food. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We often get referrals from other caterings or events and work with the clients to create the special expereience that they are desiring. We have done many different events in many different locations from intimate dinners for 8 to large corporate gatherings for 500. We have gone to remote wedding locations on the Coast , to wineries outside newberg and Portland, barns in Harrisburg, and featured sites in Downtown Albany but for the groups that we can accomodate with our own space we prefer to do the smaller events in house.
