Hello I’m Elyse. I starting cooking at a young age with my grandma/ mother always knew I wanted to be a chef. I went to SUNY Delhi we’re I got my degree in culinary arts. From then on I’ve worked all over From small companies Mexican restaurants etc. Poconos at an Country club, Italian restaurant. Atlanta The Renaissance Hotel midtown, then went to work at delta corporate office doing catering. Now I reside in Philadelphia and I am working at a catering company call Jeffrey Miller. Where we specialize in weddings I am a head chef; And also do private tastings. Being a event/ private chef brings me joy in making others happy with each meal I make . Working weddings is very heart warming too. To make a couples important day special! In the Poconos I also made my own business with a Baking so I can bake pretty much anything, just like I can cook.
