Other than being a great chef, his punctuality, his knowledge of his craft, and when we had a consultation, he help me pair the meal correctly, so that everything flowed for our occasion. He came with all of the materials and food needed to cook a 4 course meal for 10 people. Since that meal I’ve hired his services for a private dining experience for 2 and have also referred him to many others. You will not be disappointed with this guy.
