Hello! My name is Eliandra I am from Praia, Cape Verde. I come from a background full of chefs. I majored in Culinary Arts focusing on Hospitality & Restaurant Operations Management at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I am a dedicated Chef specializing in creating fusion entrees from Cape Verde, Caribbean Islands, America, Asia, & Europe (Italy & Portugal).

I have been cooking since I was 7 years old and absolutely adore everything about the kitchen atmosphere, understanding flavor profiles, exploring new dishes.
