My name is (Rev Dr.) Valarie Owens Bartley, I am an ordained minister. I have my Master of Divinity and Doctorate in Ministry. I have over 20 years of pastoral experience. I love God and love people. I love families and friends who loves to share their faith experiences. I have done many weddings and premarital counseling. I strongly believe families that put God first in their lives stay together forever. I assist pastors who needs vacations and time for Sabbatical. I believe God's Word to be true.
